ABOUT

Anna Morris is an award winning comedian, writer and actress. She has written and performed five critically acclaimed one-woman comedy shows which have toured the UK and Australia.

She can currently be seen in BBC2’s The First Team as Nicola. She’s also starred in Ch4’s Lee and Dean, BBC’s Outnumbered and Count Arthur Strong.  She also starred in ITV’s comedy entertainment show Bad Bridesmaid and improvised her part.

Anna is the creator of viral lockdown comedy videos such as Back to Work and Smug Lockdown. She also created  Georgina’s Wedding Blogs, Beano’s Taylor Tyler and Comic Relief’s web sketch Bride Aid.

She has single-sided deafness (which she’s written about in The Guardian) and supports Action on Hearing Loss. 

She’s currently writing two sitcoms with Mark O’Sullivan (Lee and Dean), and her BBC Radio 4 comedy special will air on 28th Feb 2021 at 7.15pm.
